CITY OF KETTERING, ROSEWOOD ARTS CENTER RENOVATION

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for March 17, 2022 at 1:00pm at: Rosewood Arts Center, located at 2655 Olson Drive, Kettering, Ohio. COVID19 Restrictions will apply.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Kettering, Ohio, on or before March 31, 2022 at 1:30pm in the Finance Department, office of the Purchasing Manager, Kettering Government Center, located at 3600 Shroyer Road.

The cost per bid package is be a non-refundable Two-Hundred-Seventy-Five dollars ($275) plus tax, shipping and handling will be extra if not picked-up.
